Meet Our Team

Josh Bradley, PE

Senior Project Manager

Starting as an engineering intern in 1997, Josh has over 23 years of engineering experience in the Tampa Bay Area, managing all levels of site and municipal development for small and large projects alike. A graduate from the University of South Florida in 1999 with a specialization in drainage design, Josh was born and raised in the Tampa area. As a true "Native," his unique background endears him to the many surrounding governmental agencies, which presents a noted advantage that will often surface during more challenging projects.

Chris Meares, PE

Senior Project Manager

A Florida Native and graduate of the University of South Florida, Chris has over 23 years of extensive experience with civil/site and transportation related projects. He has designed and managed hundreds of projects ranging from roadway widenings, intersection improvements, multi-use trails, office buildings, schools, and parking lot expansions, to several large and small airport projects. He has worked with private clients, cities, counties, the state and nearly all of Florida’s water management districts, including the FDEP and USACE for stormwater and environmental related projects.

Richard Paulin

Senior Technical Manager

Starting in 2005 as an AutoCAD design technician, Rich has been working in the engineering field for over 15 years. Rich has worked his way up through every level of the civil site development process, ranging from developing and maintaining AutoCAD standards, to utility design, to construction administration, and currently taking the lead with complete project management. His wide range of experience, coupled with his proficiency using AutoCAD, is an invaluable asset as he can view a project from a varied and extensive background.

Brian Blazewick, PLA

Landscape Architect

Brian has over 13 years of experience in the design and permitting of projects, ranging from small commercial sites to large residential developments. His involvement ranges from conceptual site design, landscape architecture and permitting, to engineering design support and graphic site rendering. His experience with a variety of software such as Photoshop, Indesign, AutoCAD/Civil 3D and other 3D rendering programs allow him to contribute a varied and unique touch to numerous different projects. Brian is a graduate of The Ohio State University.
